Our Story
For over two decades, I operated at the heart of one of the largest recruiting agencies in the US. It was a masterclass in scale, strategy, and the fast-paced world of talent acquisition. From the high-stakes boardrooms of Fortune 500 giants to the tight-knit offices of "mom and pop" shops, I’ve had the privilege of seeing how businesses of every size breathe and grow.

The name Anchor Point is a nod to my favorite place to recharge: the shore. Spending summers down at the beach with my family taught me the importance of having a fixed point—something reliable and steady amidst the changing tides.

My "why" is rooted in the life I’ve built away from the office. I am driven every day by my amazing wife and our two incredible daughters (who keep me on my toes), and our Mini Goldendoodle (who keeps us all entertained). When I’m not connecting talent with opportunity, you’ll likely find me outdoors, breathing in the salt air and enjoying the coastal life that inspired this firm.
